Roles offered: Digital Marketing Consultant, Analytic Consultant, Cognitive Consultant. Ideally suited for business and technical degrees or relevant experience; skills in analytic, digital and agile methodologies a plus.
How to Apply for Internship
We want to get to know the real you. This is not only about what degree you have decided to study but also what interests you and how you fill your time, your career ambition, what makes you tick.
- Upload your CV, cover letter, current academic transcript, and current right to work documents(valid passport, or birth certificate and valid drivers license).
- You will be invited and called for a phone interview. This interview will establish whether you meet our minimum requirements (credit average, no more than 2 years of relevant work experience, graduated from a university no more than 2 years ago). If you are a good fit for one of our positions, you’ll be invited to a HR interview (if you are outside of the Melbourne or Sydney, your interview will be over the phone).
- Upon passing your second interview, you’ll be shortlisted for either roles:
- a) (For graduates) Invited to attend either an assessment centre, or to a panel interview
- b) (For interns) A hiring manager will review your CV, and if they believe that you are suitable for this role, they’ll ask your recruiter to set up a final interview.
- We always aim to let you know the outcome of your final assessment as soon as possible. To help you get the most from your experience with us, we’ll also offer feedback on your interview. If you’re successful at this stage, you will receive a formal offer.
You’ll find a large community of people at DLUX ready to welcome you. In the months before you take up your position, you'll have a chance to meet your peers and new colleagues in one of our keep in touch events. We encourage you to take advantage of these occasions to help prepare for your first day at DLUX and start building your network.
